*LATE DELIVERY: ALL attempts will be made to complete the artwork by the above listed date but in the case of unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified of any delays within 72 hours of the due date. Customers will receive a 20% discount if the project is not delivered on time. In both cases, customers will still receive the artwork in addition to the discount.
*NOTE: Charges may be added for delayed responses for communication during the commission. Failure to meet the deadline due to client responses will not be provided a discount.
